Dischord EP
(built from the ground up in c++) Graphics, Effects, Gameplay Dischord is a music-based simulation where the player fights waves of enemies in a 3D environment along to the music. In order to defeat your foes, you must fire a special orb weapon that boomerangs back to you. Contribution:
- Created custum graphics engine from the ground up using c++
- Implemented a physically based deferred rendering pipeline
- Built asset pipeline for importing into in game format that made it easy to import models, materials, textures, animation into the engine (custum FBX exporter)
- Worked closely with artist, sound and gameplay designers to create a pleasing authentic visual experience
- Managed support and maintenance for all graphics feature
